Mmm Mmm Good

I am cooking homemade chicken and noodles. Right now the whole cut up chicken is simmering in water with a variety of seasonings, garlic, onions and carrots.

It smells so good in my house at the moment, I wish I could transfer the aroma through my computer to yours.

I LOVE making homemade Chic Noodle! I put celery cut up in it too. I do it w/ chic breasts, & then cut them up after they've cooked. Don't add the noodles til everythings cooked & simmered or else they get too soft.

So, I see you're one of these new-fangled ppl who don't use the serial comma. Maybe I'm just old-school.

A) I can't use celery. My husband hates it more than he hates a kick in the balls.

B) Now that you mention it, I did used to use the comma pre-and in a serial listing. Wonder why I stopped doing that...

Now it's going to keep me up wondering.

As usual, I'm scratching the screen as I read your blog just to see if you've installed that Smell-o-vision" widget.

It's not working.

This is one of my favorite things to make - I'm fond of any recipe that can be referred to as "chow" and made in one big pot.

also fond of cooked carrots...

I am confused, it appears you are cooking in some variation of a large washing machine?

I wish your meal would have been here waiting for me when I came home from work! That would be a great invention...share food through the computer.

I like stuff and things. I've been married for close to 14 years and have two miniature versions of myself running around (and it frightens me most of the time). I have never been nor will I ever be a vegetarian.
